Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective to the delivery address provided at checkout.

  • Damaged Shipments: If your item arrives damaged to the delivery address provided at checkout, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. We will assess the issue and may offer a replacement or store credit.

  • Defective Products: If the product has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days for evaluation.

We do not accept returns for improper fitment due to user error. Ensure compatibility before ordering. Replacements, refunds, and store credit will only be provided for damaged and defective shipments if proven to be damaged or defective upon arrival at the delivery address provided at checkout. Shipping the products to other locations after arrival to the delivery address provided at checkout invalidates opportunity for free replacements, refunds, or store credit.

 

Cancellations & Order Changes

Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase. After that, processing begins, and changes may not be possible.

Custom or made-to-order items cannot be canceled or refunded once production has started.
